Deena Fadel is an Artist and Designer who has endless passion for Art. Deena Acquired several awards in the field of art and design where her first was a drawing competition, at the age of 3. Deena was born and brought up in UK, also lived in Qatar for a number of years and currently lives in Egypt. Being exposed to different cultures has lead her to acquire different kinds on inspiration thus her art work is rich with different emotions and experiences.

Deena loves to express herself through mixed media. She has no limits and believes anything or any tool can help create art. Deena joined in several national and international exhibitions, such as in Egypt UK, Qatar, Turkey and more. She was nominated to be part of the Sharm Biennale Competition and was rated amongst the top ten competing against international Artists. Currently Living in Egypt has filled her with endless inspiration as she captures the Egyptian essence and life through her fast rigid lines combined with the beauty of different fabrics. Energy and Passion compose every part of Deena’s Paintings

On the Other side of the Coin Deena Fadel is also the founder of joud home ware and Tamara Fabrics, her story was featured in several international and local media such as  forbes.com, BBC, and was featured as one of the top 16 entrepreneur females making a difference in the Arab world, As long Inspiration runs through her mind body and soul, she obtains the energy to carry through the tough yet fun roller coaster of success.

Artists Statement

“ In the midst of chaos a wandering star is born” I juggle through life’s chaotic roller coaster, I survive by travelling to another world while I paint my canvas. A series of thoughts, experiences and emotions cover the bare whiteness pouring my story onto the surface. I intend to try and make sense of both my inner world connecting with the outer world, whether it was an internal struggle intertwined with external events whether it was politics, love, growth, business or family. We own a universe within ourselves and it can be revealed through art, making life easier to understand
